Forgive me for using English here..........but since my computer said good bye to
me last night, I can only sit in the school library, without bbs, without my music, no games
without my homework, movies, novels etc.and typing English here.
My dear mom told me about a weeks ago that my luck is bad until the end of October or something
according to my horoscope.........Though I can't say that it's surprisingly accurate, my luck is bad enough
First, my class schedule sucks because my record tricks me to waitlist a class I don't need.
Then.....the best thing happened last night. Please allow me to explain it ~
My laptop is old, and I don't think it has any original parts in it anymore except
its shell XD. Conclusively, it's a product of an amazing hobby of my uncle. He buys
broken computers on ebay, and fixs it with other retailed parts he has or finds on
the netXD. My old IBM comes from this kind of environment, freeXDDDD.
He changed the CPU, so it's 900 MHz now(I know it's out of date, but since I don't
care about it, then who can laugh at it? = =+)
The RAM is 256 Mb (wooo, this part is really depressing, but old machine can't bear
a RAM if it's too large.....)
But, anyway, it works fine............before
The hard disk was changed last year(If my memory is right...orz)
However, it gave me a strike when I reboot it because of the CPU work rate is 100%
for no reason (yeah yeah, I was reading Gu-Long on it and having my dinner that time, but that shouldn't make it crush, right?).
Ewwww, one of the starting up files is either corrupt or missing, please reinstall a
copy of the above file.
Jesus, I don't even have a install disc with me orz. I left it at home when I move
out................................
It's true that I do wish that I can have a newer and lighter NB, but it's damn
expensive, and actually I don't really need it man!
Buying a new computer produces countless trouble. It will only have an OS, without
office, without all the codec files I installed for multimedia files. And I have to
reset all change I made for multilanguage working environment. The most important
thing is, the data in my hard disk is PRECIOUS!!! OMG, I don't wanna reestablish
all those files OTZ
Why does it strike at this time Orz
(I didn't use BT much, I started to use it about a month ago, and I defragmented
every time when the mission was completed. Furthermore, I only gave it 4 missions so
far......Orz)
The best thing is that it stopped working on Saturday night, and no computer service
in my school is open on Sunday(GREAT!!!!)
And it's expensive if I ask the staff there to fix it for me OTZ.

Hey man, even it's in the worst condition, I only have to reformat my computer,
and it's very possible that I only need a windows 2000 install disc to install the
missing file.
(yeah, the OS of my laptop is win2K, which is hard to find one nowadays.)
I know it takes time and energy for the staff to manage those problems......
but can I rent the disc and try to fix it myself? orz
My computer skill sucks, and it will take me whole lot of time to do it myself,
but money is IMPORTANT!! 50 bucks can buy me 22 cans of 1 pint Haagan Dazs (if it's
on sale XD)and 75 dollars can buy me almost all the novels I want online.
(sigh) Should I be happy for I didn't borrow a DVD to watch on the weekends? Orz
Today is not my day....oh no. 2005 is not my year. I haven't felt that I'm lucky for several years.= =+
